RedMillsFarm sells fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs, and related products. Some products are grown on our farm, while others are carefully selected from trusted suppliers.
Because fresh produce is seasonal and perishable, availability, appearance, size, weight, and color may vary. Product photographs are illustrative. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact the customer to offer a suitable replacement, store credit, or refund. We will not substitute a product without the customer’s approval.
All prices are displayed in Caribbean guilders (Cg/XCG) unless stated otherwise.
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after RedMillsFarm confirms it. We may contact the customer if an item is unavailable or if additional information is required.
The customer is responsible for providing a correct name, telephone number, delivery address, and other order information.
Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include cash on delivery or pickup and bank transfer.
Orders paid by bank transfer may be processed only after payment has been confirmed. Any payment instructions shown at checkout form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Local delivery is available only within the delivery area shown at checkout.
The minimum subtotal for delivery is Cg40. A Cg5 delivery fee applies to orders between Cg40 and Cg74.99. Delivery is free for orders of Cg75 or more.
Delivery is normally available on Tuesday and Friday between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM. The available dates and time slots shown at checkout are the final available options.
The customer must ensure that someone is available to receive the order. RedMillsFarm is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, an unreachable customer, unsafe access, or nobody being available to receive the order.
Free pickup is available at RedMillsFarm, Groot St. Joris 6B11, Willemstad, Curaçao.
Pickup is normally available Wednesday between 2:00 PM and 6:00 PM and Saturday between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The available dates and times shown at checkout are the final available options.
Customers should wait for confirmation that their order is ready before coming to the farm.
Customers who need to change or cancel an order should contact RedMillsFarm as soon as possible.
A cancellation may not be possible after fresh products have been selected, weighed, packed, or dispatched. This does not limit any mandatory rights the customer may have under Curaçao law.
Customers should inspect their order when it is delivered or collected.
If an item is missing, incorrect, damaged, or not of acceptable quality, the customer should contact us as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 24 hours, and provide:
Depending on the circumstances, RedMillsFarm may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Fresh vegetables, fruits, and herbs are perishable products. They generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind after delivery or pickup.
This restriction does not apply when a product is incorrect, damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet the customer’s legal rights.
Customers are responsible for storing fresh products appropriately after receiving them. RedMillsFarm is not responsible for deterioration caused by improper handling or storage after delivery or pickup.
Delivery and pickup times may be affected by severe weather, road conditions, power or internet interruptions, supply shortages, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If a significant delay occurs, we will try to notify the customer and arrange another suitable time.
Personal information supplied when placing an order is handled according to the RedMillsFarm Privacy Policy and applicable Curaçao privacy legislation.
These Terms and Conditions and purchases from RedMillsFarm are governed by the laws of Curaçao. Any mandatory consumer rights under Curaçao law remain applicable.
